stop suspend on NON-X system

Sadly no. The closest I have got is causing polkit to stop a manual
suspend (keypress).

Other ideas gratefully received.

My lo-tek solution is a stick-on plastic foot that stops the lis
closing, but it also stops the screen blanking.
