First do
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

If that shows no error messages then try moving the file away
sudo  mv /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/libswlo.so
/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/libswlo.so.old
and reinstall libreoffice-writer (which provides that file I believe,
at least it does on 14.10)
sudo apt-get install  --reinstall libreoffice-writer
then check the file is back and try writer again.
