I think it looks more like firefox demands more secure algorithms than 
the website offers. To me this looks like a firefox error message:

> Secure Connection Failed
> An error occurred during a connection to www.xxxxxxxx.com.

Especially the last paragraph talks about the help menu which wouldn't 
make sense if the error comes from the web site - after all they can't 
know if there is something in the manual.
