Never seen that before. You might look in your bios settings - sometimes you
have to enable SMART in the bios to be able to read it.

I have several WD Reds, and they do support SMART reporting. By the way,
there's no need to run smart tests to find if the drive has problems. 

Your other drives are ok, then?
