heartbeat , how to force outgoing IP address ?

Hello

I have two  machine at 14.04 working with hearbeat ( HA )

I need to use the same outgoing ( source ) IP address on the two machines
because they are squid proxies and some distants web services are identified
by this IP address.

Of course I need this address on the *active* machine :-)

Any info, links, docs welcome
