smtpd.key full path

In looking at:

Next edit /etc/postfix/sasl/smtpd.conf and add the following lines:

pwcheck_method: saslauthd
mech_list: plain login

Generate certificates to be used for TLS encryption and/or certificate 
Authentication:

touch smtpd.key
chmod 600 smtpd.key

I don't quite follow exactly where smtpd.key goes.  What's the full 
path?  It just seems a bit arcane, but not sure I want to read a book 
about postfix...
