I have to issue a big mea culpa on that one. I was only slightly
panicking, because there was a job that needed to be done, and I thought
I would never make such a rookie mistake.
Well, rookie mistake it was. Just a typo in sources.list, with
"multiverse multiverse" instead of "universe multiverse". Fixed the
typo, and everything runs smoothly now.
All's well that ends well. I guess I've pretty much made a complete fool
of myself :o)
