Hi!

I've done many Linux installations earlier but today an Dell Vostro
200(Intel Core 2 Duo) machine failed me in all possible ways.

Briefly,
OS Bootable Medium Boot Disk creator
------------------------------- -------------------------
----------------------------------------------------
1) Ubuntu 11.10 & 13.04 -- USB Drive -- UnetBootin(Linux),
Live-USB-Installer(Linux)

[Message: "Boot Error"]

2) Debian 6 CD Burnt from an
ISO

[Result: Many installation stages failed, reporting boot medium fault.
Please note that I used this disc successfully many times so far]

At last, Fedora 17 from a CD got installed.

* I don't have a clue how I should troubleshoot this situation.
* I absolutely have no idea what to do in a scenario where BIOS allows
booting from USB but still nothing shows up from an all perfect
installation media.

Is there something which I should have done?

Thanking you

Regards
Shashank
