It is wise to understand that someone else is always reading or 
harvesting emails, they do with mine, I have proof but there is nothing 
can be done.

The only way I have found is to purchase shared server space on a 
reliable ISP and use their email system by logging in direct to that 
server to send and receive emails from that space. It's not perfect but 
recommended by a security expert, is the closest I can get. Everything 
still goes through your internet provider which it's self in most cases 
can be suspect.
Profit from harvesting information - give freebies and they'll line up 
to give you all their details.
