[Ubuntu Server 12.04] Problem with APT

Hi to all,

   on a Ubuntu Server 12.04 I have several error with apt system

if I do:

sudo apt-get -f install
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: The package squid3 needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive
for it.
