13.10 and compiz - rotate cube shrinks viewport?

You should have the option in settings to adjust that issue such as icon sizes etc.. I assume the program just set them off a bit. Gathering that you had just upgraded i would assume that your program works different 13.10 and the settings are just off set. This would not be my field of expertise hope this helps you.
