reporting kernel bugs

Use the ubuntu-bug command, with the package name of your kernel as an
argument.
You might be able to use the generic package that drags it in, but I
haven't tried that.

For me, it would be
ubuntu-bug linux-image-3.13.0-40-generic

This will take you into your browser and allow you to annotate the bug.
