adding menu icons

Ok Bob, either I'm still very tired or very stupid. Firefox opened, the
only 'Firefox' icon I see in Firefox is when I click 'Help'. Of course
right clicking on that does nothing. When I right click on the icons in
the two locations I show above. There is no 'lock to launcher' option.
So maybe a bit more definitive help for this old guy.
