I have noticed that for the last few months, on both the ubuntu and 
lubuntu lists, that I no longer receive a copy of my own postings as I 
used to.  The only way I know that I have successfully posted to the 
list is when/if someone replies to me.  It's more comforting to get a 
copy of my own posting, just to confirm that the post has succeeded.

(But I'm receiving the usual quantities of postings from others on both 
lists.)

I asked about the problem on one, if not both lists, a couple months 
ago, and no one confirmed or explained the phenomenon then.  So it's 
nice (?) to see now that a few people are taking notice.  But I don't 
know how widespread the problem is.  I see that only Patrick A. above 
and Peter Goggin have weighed in with related observations.
