Issues Installing Percona XtraDB Cluster

I have three nodes, each of them running Ubuntu Server 14.04.
I can install percona-xtradb-cluster-server, percona-xtradb-cluster-client,
and percona-xtradb-cluster-galera like normal on node1, and it starts fine
and seems to work.

But when I use these instructions

And then I try to start mysql on node2 to join it to the cluster, It always
fails.

I believe there might be an issue with 14.04's repos. Is anyone else having
this issue with percona?
