anyone using SOL ? upgrade 2 1404 safe?

after doing several mail exchange with snir the ceo of wewi.ce
am pretty much sure that he will never inform us about things related to upgrades
so if the machine is really gonna be delivered from redstar.jp
gotta figure out all by ourselves
but it seems like this one doesnt even exist on this planet....

vaporware?
