Unity: Bigger Buttons?

I imagined that changing to Large Text in System Settings > Universal
Access > Seeing might have made both the window title text and the
buttons larger but I see that it does not :(

This does seem to be an accessibility issue as I also know of at least
one user that has difficulty with those buttons due to difficult hand
control.
