Excellent advice. I used to reuse passwords, although I had different
passwords for banks and different passwords for servers, etc. Now I use a
program that generates and stores unique passwords for everything.

All those entries in the logs is what used to bug me. Having port 22 open
causes people to pay too much attention to my servers.
