The OP (Noah) did ask if it was possible to transform an existing XP
installation into a virtual machine:

I did not say it was impossible. What I did do was describe one method of
doing so. What _is_ not possible, is to simply push a button and turn his XP
into a virtual machine. It takes some work.

Sometimes you seem to know what you're talking about, Liam. But at other
times, like when you always rush to disprove everything I've said, you sound
like an idiot.

You obviously know very little about virtual machines or how to deal with
them , so maybe you should sit this one out. You certainly are not
helping...
