how to install a .package?

Hello.
I've a LaCie 2big Network and I'm trying to install a sofware to manage the
storage.
This software is in .package format, when I run it says:

./LaCie\ Network\ Assistant\ 1.1\ Linux.package
Sorry, Autopackage only supports x86 32-bit systems, or 64-bit systems with
compatibility libraries installed. Please install the compatibility
libraries and rerun install.

The Readme says that I must install the 32 bit avai libraries but ......
which libraries?
I've tried installing libavahi-core7:i386 but nothing.
Can you help me?
