Replacing Medibuntu, especially libavfoobar-extra stuff?

I'm on Ubuntu 12.04.

I had long ago added the Medibuntu repository to pick
up things like libdvdcss and all the "extra" versions
of libav: libavformat-extra and the like.

I just realized (when package updates kept complaining
about being unable to contact the repository) that
Medibuntu is dead.

I see that libdvdcss is now available from a repository
hosted by Videolan and I've set that up.

But what about libavcodec-extra, libav-device-extra,
libavformat-extra, and so on? Where do you get them
now? Or have all the "extra" things been rolled into
the standard libavcodec, libavdevice, libavformat and
so on and so I should just install them?

Thanks!
