Add usb printer by VBox guest Win7

Hi,

I run Ubu 12.04 and virtualbox (last version) having Win7 as guest.
I can see the usb icon on the button of the Vbox window while
runnung windows. It does show my usb printer.

But when i go to start>fax+printers ... it does not show my printer.
I tried adding/removing filter for it but no success.

Any tip how to install this printer?
A basic google search was already done ... course!
