You be DA MAN Liam! Now it can be told. With judicious links and a
partition just for data, you can have all your STUFF safely away from
updates and upgrades. Plus, it can be linked to by any user, with proper
permissions, from any OS that supports the file system you chose. Plus,
you can fresh install more often, just to clear out the cruft, like
spring cleaning.
Did you try to share the thunderbird directory between the two users?
THAT would be a hoot. It would be like computer incest. <cackles> :) Ric
