Good afternoon all,
While I appreciate you feel this is a censorship/moderation issue it
is in fact a legal issue that is between Canonical and the alleged
infringing website.
This mailing list is a list user support for the use of Ubuntu and the
issue you've raised is falls well outside the list guidelines [1]. So
with my moderators hat on, I'd please ask that this thread be stopped.
My request is not to stifle the discussion, but instead point you in
the right direction as this is not the appropriate forum.
Should you wish to continue the debate I suggest you do it with those
that can actually make a difference and contact someone at Canonical
via their intellectual property [2] (there is a contact us section at
the bottom of the page).
Should you wish to discuss the moderation of this mailing list further
please contact the mailing list moderation team [3].
Thank you for understanding.
