Kernel Updates on 12.04

Thanks, Bas,
I rarely have to reboot. In fact I reboot only in case the Kernel gets
updated, so the ne Kernel can be loaded to memory.
I guess there is a good reason for the update and I would like to know
where to find the change log so I can look at it...
My Ubuntu box stays on 24/7...
