My laptop starts up with incorrect screen settings

Yes, every time. The text I provided is the result of ”cat
/etc/X11/xorg.conf” and it looks like it contains the settings that I
want.

The login screen seems to be correct, but after logging in, my
internal screen turns black.
Then I start the nVidia settings program, correct the settings, save
it to xorg.conf and everything works fine. Next time I start up thoug,
only the external screen works. Still the xorg.conf seems OK…

Maybe I should just erase the xorg.conf file, just to see what
happens. If the same thing happens, maybe the file is overridden
somehow? But I didn't try that yet.
