I want to cancel E-Mail from Ubuntu

Dear  Ubuntu user technical support,            Becausec of my E-Mail scupcm at hotmail.com now many and many inbox mail per day. It make me very busy,so I want you to concel my E-Mail from your system if I want some Ubuntu information I will search it by myself.Thank you for many informantion that Ubuntu sent me.
