System time not syncing via internet

Bug reported [1]

I have seen suggestions that it should re-sync (via ntpdate) if the
DHCP lease is refreshed, but since I am using a fixed IP address this
may be part of the problem.  I have added a call of ntpdate into
cron.daily to solve the problem.
