fusectl on 13.04 after fresh install

Hello, ubuntu users,

I have 13.04 after fresh install

typing:
mount
gives:
...
none on /sys/fs/fuse/connections type fusectl (rw)
...

lsof /sys/fs/fuse/connections
gives noting


Any idea for what mounting of  /sys/fs/fuse/connections  is needed ?
is it used ? can I disable
it in boot time?
