Help with UEFI + RAID0 install

Oh yes, it does see everything. The problem is that it just do not boot.
So for GPT, would it be correct to:
1) UEFI first partition, boot flag, FAT32 and 200mb?
2) 5mb grub_boot unformated partition as second
3) Ext4 as third
4) SWAP as fourth.
Then Grub on logical volume 0 which is the RAID volume?
