Help with UEFI + RAID0 install

GPT or MSDOS?
Msdos (MBR) is good for up to 2.2TB size disks. After that you must use
GPT. Its ok to use gpt on smaller drives, but you must have UEFI to boot it.

I like to let Ubuntu create the partitions at install. I like the two
partitions Ubuntu creates for / and for swap. Makes for easy maintenance.
But the Server version of Ubuntu has options for LVM.
Does Ubuntu see the raid volume during install?
