Turnkey offers up pre-packaged VM's for installation. They direct you to
third party hosting solutions if need be, but they specialize in the
creation of about 150 VM packages, with all the bells and whistles you
need to run them successfully. Open Source and free I might add.
So, I'm running two instances of wordpress and one owncloud on one
server. I'm using proxmox to manage the base server that contains the
VMs. All open source and free! I luv it. Ric
