The project is OwnCloud, and you can get the sources from
http://owncloud.org/ and you can install it on your own boxes or use
commercial hosting servers (such as, apparently, turnkeylinux) who offer it
as an option. Owncloud themselves also offer a paid setup at
https://owncloud.com/
