[ANNOUNCE] Laptop Mode Tools 1.63 Released

Hello Folks,

Laptop Mode Tools, version 1.63, has been released
This release adds a new module for PCIe ASPM. It also includes some
important bug fixes.
Some changes have been added to accommodate Flash / NAND devices.
There's also a new setting parameter to disable battery alarm level
check, in case you have a broken battery.

It is highly recommended to upgrade to this version

    * Kick the power savings back in, as soon as the stick is unplugged
    * Release lock descriptors in start-stop-programs module. Thanks

available,
