Best way to handle big music collection?

Many moons ago, I used Rhythmbox until I discovered Banshee. Banshee seemed a little more polished to me and also had a few extra features built in that I previously had to rely on a plugin for Rhythmbox to duplicate.

I do many dislike Banshee because it's built on Mono, but this was never an issue for me. I also found it managed my large music library with no issue.
