Ubuntu Preseed Raid 1 with multiple partitions

There are a lot of customizations. I have creating custom couchdb packages
manually with some large databases inside.
We need to control the environment updates. For this reason we don't use
the default sources.list  from Ubuntu and /usr and we build our apt-mirror.
