Simple Scan Page Size Issues

After tinkering, I've found that if I crop the first blank page before 
scanning in Simple Scan, that crop will affect the rest of the pages. 
So I guess, this is an acceptable workaround.

I have seen several bug reports about this as well, and seems to be a 
known 'feature'.
