I flagged this issue before release. AFAIK nothing has been done to fix it.

If you uninstall the LO Gtk integration package, that makes LO look
like an old-fashioned grey Linux app - it doesn't fit in with the
Unity theme any more - but the keyboard shortcuts work again.
Functionality is more important than appearance, IMHO anyway.

I can't tell you the exact package name - I'm afraid I am on Windows 8
at the moment. :¬(
