Ubuntu 13.04 - USB Mouse and Touchpad settings different

Hi,
Can anyone tell me at least what package a bug should be raised against?
It's a bug that affects the scrolling direction between the USB mouse and
the trackpad. When *"Content sticks to fingers" *is selected, the USB
mouse is correct, but the trackpad scrolls in the opposite direction.
