Nautilus Slow w/ Dropbox

Hi All,

I've instatlled Dropbox 1.4.12 on my Ubuntu 12.04.2 machine.

About a month or two back I have noticed that every time I open a Nautilus
window it takes about 10-15 seconds to show the files, sometimes it even
hangs completely (becomes dark) and I have to restart it by 'Force
Close'ing it.

I use the same Dropbox account and version on my EeePC netbook - and there
it just hangs up from the start...

Can anyone help me understand why it happens and how to solve it?
