About Eclipse and Cat

I installed Eclipse juno version manually and then installed it and then i
configure TomCat server It works fine till 7 days then after it start to
say that tomcat is unable to start in 45 seconds.I clean tomcat work
directory and then again configure tomcat server.At start it worked fine
but after some hour the previous problem again resumed.Now what to
do???please help me out
