Unknown file system: Grub Rescue error

Dear all
I am very disopinted because of this error "Unknown file system: Grub
Rescue" I have installed Kubuntu 12.10 process of installation goes fine
but when I restart it shows this error. I have tried a lot not getting the
answer
please help me to solve the probelm
