I haven't tried, but FYI, I bought the Corel Linux 1.0 Deluxe box including
WordPerfect 8 many many moons ago. How I wound up with original 1.1 standard
disks I can't remember, but here are some packages on its installation CD:

/media/Corel_Linux/dists/corellinux-1.1/corel/binary-i386
    123770 Mar 13 2000 corel-bootsplash_1.0-322.deb
  24061304 Mar 13 2000 kde-corel_1.1-1429.deb
   3876574 Mar 13 2000 kernel-image-2.2.14_2.2.14-1_i386.deb
  21092548 Mar 9 2000 netscape4-128bit-ent_4.7-2_i386.deb
   1435866 Mar 13 2000 qmail-corel_1.03-1429.deb
    924422 Mar 13 2000 qt-corel_1.44O-1429.deb
    908148 Feb 29 2000 samba_2.0.6-cl-1.1_i386.deb
  39450830 Feb 11 2000 wp-full_8.1-12_i386.deb
  11161600 Feb 11 2000 wp-manual_8.1-3_i386.deb
    117884 Feb 11 2000 xdm_3.3.6-2.99.slink.1_i386.deb
    280408 Feb 11 2000 xfree86-common_3.3.6-2.99.slink.1_all.deb
    436256 Feb 11 2000 xserver-common_3.3.6-2.99.slink.1_i386.deb

Corel, even @ 1.2, was very buggy. I don't remember much about it except the
disappointment in WP8 for Linux compared to the WP6.2 for DOS I was happy
with at the time.
