Error in boot

Hi for everything,

My problem is that the break sometimes is after of middle-night and the UPS
has a delay of 10 minutes but anyway the server is shut down because anybody
is there for shut down it.

Is very interesting for me know how is the script for execute automatically
fsck when it reboot. 

Can you help me with this? On the other hand, if I buy a good UPS and I have
a break at middle-night. What happen?
