Connecting to public wifi hotspots

At our community center, the hotspot has a login page, and it connects flawlessly in Ubuntu 12.10 Windows 7,  and linux mint 14, and also on my android phone.  I just connect to the network, and on opening the browser for the first time, the terms and conditions page appears and I have to accept before any application can access the internet.

I use chromium browser.
