Got the same this morning. Under chrome://plugins I had 11.5.31.138
activeted and this one deactivated.

  Name:	Shockwave Flash
  Version:	11.2 r202
  Speicherort:	/usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so
  Typ:	NPAPI

11.5.31.138 was labeled "PPAPI (Out-of-Process)"

Switched the activations and everything was back to normal.
