Nikolai Cassanova: Help with bluetooth

Hi I need help getting my bluetooth operational.  I have ubuntu 13.04 and
I can't get bluetooth to work on my Lenovo ideapad s400 with intel core
i3.  I have bluez and other bluetooth dependencies installed but it still
doesn't work.  Is their a command that I can run to see why it isn't
working.  Also the bluetooth symbol is on in my desktop window, I am just
not allowed to turn on visibility.  What can I do and also thanks in
advance for the help?
