It's rarely used but .swf is the file extension. Normally most Flash
animations exist inside web pages, not as separate files in your
filesystem; it's fairly normal not to be able to open such a file, as
the Flash player is a browser plugin and not a standalone app.

sudo touch /forcefsck
such shutdown -r now

Just adobe-flashplugin should be enough. Leave the rest of them alone.
