kubuntu 13.10 alpha 2

hi i have kubuntu 13.04 installed, and recently upgraded to 13.10 alpha 2.
but my question is that since the upgrade opengl seems to be not working.
when i select opengl the screen turns black, and after reboot it defaulds
to xrender.
i have only intel graphics mobile 965/960 integrated graphics, and 4gb ram
and 150 gb hdd.

before i upgraded i used ppa-purge to remove the x-swat ppa that i was
using and downgraded to the repository version, and rebooted to make shure
every thing was still working before aptending the upgrade.
during the upgrade i got zero error reports.
