dear sir,

actually i didn't test the harddrive with another server, while it is the
same server. in this server there are two harddrives, and both of them have
workinf OS installed and could be ran OK under its OS, but the other
harddrive wasn't in use, wasn't connected to the motherboard before, just
installed in the chasis. the currently having problem harddrive has been
using as working OS. when it got problem recently, as i said in the
previous email, i moved it out to the external harddrive box, swapping the
other harddrive as working OS with desktop GUI and tried to access the
problem harddrive as external HD, but it wasn't accessible.

sorry, my mistake, the servers are the same one, not two different ones.

in this case, the problem HD is still promising? any way can fix it, or
access it for backup the important data?

thanks so much,
q.s.
